Why we collect data
To answer your OEM, product or okara inquiries, send quotations and samples, contact you about a possible partnership, and perform any resulting contract and customer service.
What we collect
Only what you enter in our contact forms: name, company or brand, phone number, email, country or region, and the details of your request. We never ask for ID numbers, dates of birth or payment information.
Retention, location and recipients
- Retention: until the purpose is fulfilled; if we work together, for as long as the contract and applicable law require.
- Location: Taiwan, and the locations of our website host Netlify (including the United States).
- Recipients: our sales staff. Form data is stored by our website host Netlify, and notification emails are sent through our business email provider; these providers process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us to let you access or copy your data, correct or complete it, stop collecting or using it, or delete it. Email mklysale@mklyfood.com or call +886-4-2563-3579, and we will respond after verifying your identity.
If you do not provide data
Filling in the form is voluntary. Without your name and a way to contact you, we cannot reply to your inquiry; you are welcome to call us instead.
Cookies and third-party services
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, and videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you click play. These services may log basic connection data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies. Links to external sites (e.g. 104 Job Bank, Google Maps) are governed by those sites' policies.
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS and protected by spam filtering and common web security settings. Form data is accessible only to authorized staff.
